We're a venture-backed, seed-stage team building a contract-enforced communications and organization management product. Contract should first be understood in the sense of "legal" / "juridical" and second in the sense of "smart." Picture a combination of Carta and Docusign with decentralized (blockchain, IPFS) and centralized (database) access controls and transaction layers (blockchain wallets; fiat bank transfers).

Our stack is Haskell on the frontend, Haskell on the backend, and Nix around the edges. If you're interested in a combination of statically-typed or dependently-typed programming languages, contract law, cooperatives, decentralization, slick UX and slicker codebases, we want to hear from you! (Doubly so if you're from a non-majority / non-traditional background!)
