About us
Who are we?
Evolved Binary helps companies with their information storage and retrieval needs. Our flagship product is FusionDB, a new multi-model NoSQL database which we are actively developing. As well as building the tools to manage data, we also love to help organisations better understand and work with their information. Our clients include well known Publishers, Archives, and Social Media networks.

(1)For the functional programming enthusiasts - we also develop our own functional language implementation (W3C XQuery 3.1), parser, and interpreter. We are looking to build a new compiler for it which executes native machine code.

How we work
We are a multi-cultural remote-first team. We operate around the Central European Timezone, but as long as there is overlap between employees working days we can be quite flexible.
We have an almost flat structure. We operate a Kanban like project management methodology with daily stand-ups each morning via Google Meet. We expect employees to take initiative and deliver the most important features and fixes for our products. We have online social-like activities and meets occasionally, and once the Global Pandemic is finished there will be opportunities to meet face-to-face, both at conferences and sponsored company retreats.
