Who are we?
Our product category fits well under - collaborative job tracking. In other words, we are focused on simplifying building management. The goal of Urbest is to provide the best product to every user in order to interact with his/her building in a seamless way. At Urbest, we believe that everyone can contribute to improving their environment through small actions that, when put together, make significant improvements for a whole community. To achieve this, we are building a product in which everyone can interact with others through their preferred means of communication.
We love problems and we can't stress enough about our obsession with intuitive and simple workflows. To achieve our goals we focus on iterating fast and learning from our customers.

How we work
We follow an agile approach to product development, but over the years we have adapted that to suit our focused team. Our approach can be described by the Continuous Delivery and Discovery framework, where we try a few ideas for new functionality in a prototype version and then we iterate on the feedback from our users/customers. Needless to say, we love problems and we really strive for a balance between fast delivery and strong UX.
We have handbooks and internal product development processes and always try to find new ways to improve things. To summarise our collective culture, we look for humble, driven and self-starter engineers who are eager to build a great product while focusing deep on solving problems.
